1st grade parents - please park along the playground side of Walker Road or in the back parking lot. There is no need to check in with the office. You will come in the back door by the library and watch the parade from the courtyard before going to the gym for the program. We will open the doors a few minutes before 10:30.
If you plan to check your child out please let them go to the classroom & the office will call for them to come after you have signed them out.

If you are coming to the kindergarten egg hunt you do not need to come into the office. You may go to the back door by the library and check in. The hunt will begin at 12.
3rd & 4th Grade Girls:
All cheer forms and $10 payment for tryouts are due Tuesday, April 22 by noon. Girls must have both turned in to be able to tryout.
If you are planning to attend the prek or k Easter activities please remember to park either down Walker road on the playground side of the road or down the carline.
Choudrant PD has asked that we don't park down both sides of Walker Road.

There was a misprint in the week at a glance for the egg hunt. Our egg hunt is at 12 on Wednesday not 12:30. Sorry for the mistake.
We have packed in a lot of activities during this 4 day week!
1st grade lunch on Thursday will be at 11:10 and 4th grade lunch is at 12:20.

Spring portrait order forms are going home today. Spring pictures will be this Friday.
We will only take pictures of the students that are purchasing pictures. These are not the pictures that go in the yearbook.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. This is the last week of our 3rd 9 weeks. The last 10 weeks of school are busy so be sure to keep up to date with our week at a glance.
I want to thank everyone for your support with our Aggie Mile. It was a HUGE success!! PTO met their goal. We look to be ordering our picnic tables soon. We also had an update with our bleachers. They should be shipped next week!! We are looking forward to all of our upcoming renovations and additions. It's a great time to be an Aggie!!

A few reminders:
1. Parking is on one side of Walker Road only (side closest to the playground fence) and the back teachers parking lot.
2. Race is in front of CES down carline.
3. 1st-5th graders have art displayed in cafeteria. After race, go see their work and you may take your child's work home.
4. Students must be checked out from the office if you plan on checking them out. This is not an excused or a free check out.
To ensure all student safety, your child will go to their classroom and be called to the office for a checkout.
5. Classrooms have assigned Kona ice times later in the day not directly after the race.
We are thankful to Coach Tassin for getting our students ready for this race and PTO for organizing a great fundraiser and making it a very memorable event.
There will be a brief 10-20 minute network maintenance today beginning at 4 pm to replace some equipment damaged during a power surge this morning. CES will not have phone access or email capabilities during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All Aggie Mile shirts will be sent home tomorrow.
