Yay! Thursday is the 1st day of school for RES! Road update: part of Bernard St. from Kenwood to Hwy is still closed. Please use caution when coming to the school. 1st day only, parents will be able to walk students to class starting at 6:50. All parents must be off campus by 7:20.
Road Update: They have closed access to Bernard St. from Hwy 80/Georgia. To access RES, you can take Hwy 80 to Woodlawn Dr and go around Kenwood to get to parking lot. Thank you for your understanding and patience. See you soon!!
RES Prep Day is August 7th 4-6pm. Students are invited. Do not bring school supplies - bring supplies on the 1st day of school. I look forward to meeting the Lions of Ruston Elementary. We will also have Yearbook from prior years for sale - $5 cash. Stop by the yearbook table for more information. See you Thursday!

Lincoln Parish Schools End of Year Update:
Due to the lack of school closures this year, all required instructional minutes will have been met earlier than expected. Because of this, the decision has been made to move the students’ last day to Tuesday, May 20.
All offices will be closed Friday, May 23 and Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
This change is contingent on no closures between now and May 20.
Date Change! All Pro Dads will not be held tomorrow. Mark your calendar for March 28, 2025! This will be the date for the last All Pro Dads Event for the school year!
